*You can do the complex with a barbell. If you have DB or KB put it in a backpack as it’s a much better stimuls for this workout.

You can use KB/DB/weight plate or backpack for kneel to standing

EMOM x 21

working for 45 seconds with 15 seconds transition between movements

1. Backpack alternating kneel to stand

2. 2 shoulder taps + 1 push up

3. Hollow Rocks
