0-5 mins – 50 Burpee Lunges
5-10 mins – 5 Min AMRAP 30 air squats + 20 Sit Ups
Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
10-15 mins -80 DB/KB snatch into max weighted step ups
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
15-20 mins – 5 Min AMRAP 30 air squats + 20 Sit Ups
20-25 mins – 50 Burpee lunges
25-29 mins – Tabata dish heel taps
