50 AbMat Sit-Ups

50 Deadlifts (70/50)

50 Burpees

Partner 2:

50 Pull-Ups

50 Overhead Lunges (20/10 Plate)

50 Hand Release Push-Ups

50 Wall Ball Shots (9/7 lb)

50 Double-Unders

Buy in- 400 metre plate run- alternate between partners (20/10)
