Personal Training is specific to each person, before getting started you will have a 30-minute consultation with your coach.

We will do an assessment identifying your needs and objectives, based on this we will create a Personal Training program with Dietary advice specific to you.

Sessions will allow you to build strength, mobility and fitness at your own pace. Any previous injuries or mobility issues will be considered.

This five-session package is perfect if you want to start training for the first time or return to fitness.
